All in all I would stay again.
Positive: The place was very clean and had plenty of extra linens and towels.
Negative: The internet was very spotty and the pool table was a little old and broken, but we came for the beach which we had easy access to.

No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. Please refrain from smoking inside the house. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.

Pets: Pets are welcome! Please note that there is a $50 additional cleaning fee for bringing a pet. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our home clean for future guests.

Clean Up After Yourself: Please tidy up after your stay. This includes washing any used dishes, disposing of trash in designated bins, and returning items to their original places.

Respect Our Home: Treat our home with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
